Jumeirah Beach Residence
A wall of towers, facing the sea.
Dubai Properties launched Jumeirah Beach Residence in 2002 and completed it in 2010: 40 towers, 35 of them residential and five hotels, in six clusters along 1.7 km of beach, with 6,917 apartments from studios to penthouses.
Between the towers and the sand run The Walk and The Beach, with 70 brands and 45 eateries around four plazas. The tram stops twice along it, and the Marina is right behind.

Six clusters, west to east.
Each cluster groups several towers on a shared podium. Towers facing the sea, and the higher floors, command the premiums.

JBR apartments are sold freehold to foreign buyers. The 2006 regulation that opened Dubai Marina to foreign ownership does not name JBR separately, so the title deed of each unit is what we check.
Per square foot, yes: AED 2,932 on average against AED 2,442 for Dubai Marina (Bayut, August 2026). Sea-facing towers cost more than those facing the Marina.
The Walk and The Beach are busy, especially on weekend evenings and in the cooler months. Higher floors and towers set back from the Walk are quieter: tell us which matters to you and we shortlist accordingly.
