Select Group was founded in 2002 by Rahail Aslam and registered as a developer with the Dubai Land Department in 2013. Propsearch counts 30 projects and “over 7,000 homes” delivered.

In Dubai Marina it has delivered the three Marina Gate towers (including Jumeirah Living), No. 9, Yacht Bay, West Avenue, The Torch and Botanica. In 2023 it bought the stalled Pentominium plot and is building Six Senses Residences there.
